Making Intellij IDEA-based IDEs work with Dvorak on Mac OS X

UPDATE: KeyRemap4MacBook is now called Karabiner

1. Install KeyRemap4MacBook http://pqrs.org/macosx/keyremap4macbook/
2. choose U.S layout in your input source
3. choose 'Use Dvorak Keyboard Layout (QWERTY to Dvorak)' in the keyremap4macbook setting.

Then, you can use cmd+/ to comment and uncomment, as well as other cmd+qwerty key combinations as you would expect.
